Brief and longer-term counselling and therapy is offered to individuals, couples and families.
Hours of Operation

|Thursday||8.30am – 8.30pm|
|Saturdays||9.00am – 3.00pm|
Each session is for a full hour, except the initial session for couples, where a one and a half hour session is recommended for best practice.
There is a flat rate fee of $140 per one-hour session, for both individuals and couples. If you choose to pay your fee at the time there is an automatic $20 reduction. Please note the service currently has no credit card or EFTPOS facilities.
In most circumstances a fee will be charged for missed appointments and late cancellations. The writing of professional reports is charged at an hourly rate.
'Better Access GP Mental Health' Scheme
If you are referred by your general practitioner to New Possibilities under this scheme, the fee is $150.00 for each one hour session with an automatic $20.00 reduction if the account is paid at the time. The Medicare rebate for each session is $71.95 up to a maximum of six sessions. Your GP can occasionally authorise a further four sessions with same rebate. To view details, click here.

Private Health Fund Rebate
If you are a member of the Medibank Private health fund a rebate may be available. You will need to check with Medibank Private to ascertain if this applies to your particular membership.
